HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT?

You can register online or by downloading Startup Space from the App Store or Google Play. Regardless of where you sign up, your login works for both places!

DO MY LOCATION SETTINGS MATTER?

Yes! The majority of our tools—the resource compass, events calendar, and more—rely on geofencing to bring you the most accurate results. By enabling location sharing, you’ll receive a more curated experience on both desktop and mobile app.

DO I NEED TO FILL OUT MY ENTIRE PROFILE?
Some communities use profile information to curate specific resources or opportunities for users within their hubs. We recommend filling out as much information as you’re comfortable with. You can choose to hide your email and phone number at any time within your profile.
CAN I STILL USE STARTUP SPACE WITHOUT A HUB?
Yes! While some of our tools are limited to those with active communities, the majority of Startup Space’s functions are open access and available to everyone regardless of community affiliation. To get started, check out the “Open Door” section of desktop or mobile app.
