Dr. Bri, a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in workforce solutions,
community engagement, and public history, joins Economic Impact Catalyst (EIC) as the
Director of Community Development. With over 25 years of experience providing strategic
solutions to more than 300 companies and organizations, including multi-million dollar
corporations, Dr. Bri brings a wealth of expertise and passion to her new role.

Throughout her career, Dr. Bri has made significant contributions to several leading companies,
including Kimberly-Clark Corporation and ManpowerGroup. She has held various leadership
roles that have honed her skills in research, workforce solutions, diversity and inclusion, and
community engagement. As the Chief Architect of B.O.O.S.T.™ (Building Opportunities for
Overlooked Sustainable Talent solution), Dr. Bri has been instrumental in connecting individuals
with resources to build basic computer skills and secure employment. This innovative initiative
was recognized with a 2023 Community and Economic Development Award (CEDA) from the
Wisconsin Economic Development Association (WEDA) in the Talent Attraction, Development,
and Retention category.

In addition to her impressive corporate background, Dr. Bri is a dedicated public historian. She
has consistently demonstrated her commitment to preserving and promoting the rich cultural
heritage of the communities she serves. By combining her expertise in workforce solutions and
community engagement with her passion for public history, Dr. Bri brings a unique perspective
to EIC’s mission of empowering communities through inclusive economic growth.

Dr. Bri’s educational background is equally impressive. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy
(Ph.D.) in Political Science with a specialty in applied statistics, research methods, and design
from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science and History
from Eastern Michigan University. Her academic achievements, coupled with her extensive
professional experience, position her as a thought leader in the field of workforce solutions,
community, and economic development.

Dr. Bri’s outstanding contributions have been recognized with numerous awards and accolades.
She was awarded the prestigious Insight Publications Women Of Influence Visionary Award,
which highlights her dedication to driving positive change and empowering communities. Her
recognition as one of Wisconsin’s most influential African American Women further underscores
her immeasurable dedication to the community and emerging minority entrepreneurs.
As the Director of Community Development at EIC, Dr. Bri will leverage her diverse skill set to
create strategic partnerships, develop innovative programs, and foster a more equitable and
inclusive economy. Her expertise in Public Speaking, Contingent Workforce Management
Solutions, Strategic Planning, Project Development, Business Process Improvement, Workforce

Analytics, Strategic Recruiting Development, DEI, Vendor Management Systems & Solutions,
Human Capital Management, and Supplier Diversity Management will be invaluable in
addressing the complex challenges faced by the communities served by EIC.
